Sure "keep and bear arms", but more importantly "A well regulated militia being necessary..." because an unregulated army of armed peevish thugs would result in chaos, and that would pretty much be that. But the implication is not that the rest of society is fine without any regulations at all, but that all of society would fall to chaos without certain regulations. Most especially I would think that the regulation of markets and commerce would be a no-brainer, your right to keep and bear anything.
